SURVEYING AND EXPLORING SIMUNJAM AREA (2nd page)
After collecting the fish at the swamp, we headed to Simunjam town. We took our lunch there. After the lunch, I suggested to explore a gravel road near the Malay village. However it did not seem like a road to Sebangan and Sebuyau's coastal area, so we turned back.
On the way back to direction of Serian, I asked Hong Dak to stop his van at a blackwater ditch. I showed them the aquatic plant they never seen before, Blyxa sp. (In fact all the aquatic plants in this web page are stranger to them as they don't know much about aquatic plant)
After collecting the Blyxa sp., we continued our journey and then turned left when we saw a signboad which showed it is the road to Kepayang. The road to the interior part of Kepayang is very long. We saw a beautiful sandy river.
