SEMATAN AND PUEH

Date : February 1st, 2006

A jetty at river mouth of Sungai Sematan.

Local authority planned to build a waterfront here. They also planned to dig up the sands in order to allow bigger ship/boat to sail to upper part of this river. Currently, the river mouth is too shallow.

A species of catfish found dead at the jetty. Probably Mystus gulio.
