The old residence of Rajah Brooke family. Rajah Brooke was the white rajah (King) of Sarawak. He was a merchant from British but settled down in Sarawak when he helped the Sultan of Brunei to stop the uprising in Sarawak. He became the white king of Sarawak when the Sultan gave him a big piece of land.
