FISH OF THE PEAT SWAMP

A juvenile of Betta sp. found inside the swamp. Looks a bit like the one (Betta cf waseri) which I found in another swamp few miles away.

A tiny juvenile of Rasbora sp. found inside the swamp. (Sorry for the poor image)

Slash & burn. Farmers in the countryside burning the bushes for land clearing. They have no idea this will cause the global warming.
