Collecting fish at Pahang - Location 1
May 22nd, 2005. My friend, Lim brought me to collect some beautiful fishes in Pahang. We're exploring in peat swamp area in between Kuantan & Pekan. Just less than an hour from Kuantan, we collected at least 5 species of beautiful blackwater fish of Pahang!
Location 1 - A blackwater stream at the southern part of capital city of Pahang, Kuantan.
Rasbora gracilis is found abundantly there.
Parosphromenus nagyi
The fish I collected in biotope 1 - Rasbora gracilis (up), Betta tussyae (below left) & Paros. nagyi (below right).
