Chap Goh Meh is the 15th evening of Chinese New Year. It is the last day of Chinese New Year celebration. Its also the Chinese "Valentine day". Normally, Chinese in Kuching will play the firecrackers and fireworks after the dinner to celebrate this "Chap Goh Meh" (Chinese Hokkien dialect means the 15th night)
